BUILDING CODE FOR POLAND.

  • The consolidated text takes into account the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 on the technical specifications for buildings and their location (Journal of Laws No 75, pos. 690), which entered into force on 16 December 2002, and its four changes adopted in 2004, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
